MSO 711 is a blend of non-hazardous chemicals, specially formulated to produce formwork release properties. It facilitates release of concrete from formwork.

| Coverage rate is dependent on the porosity of the mould material being used. The coverage rate and the form release properties of MSO 711 will be reduced if the formwork is of an old/worn nature. | |
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Preparation of moulds:
Make sure the mould surface is free from any foreign material, water, etc. The surface should be dry before application of MSO 711. If using MSO 711 for the first time on used moulds, remove the previous oil / material thoroughly. For all subsequent uses clean the surface before applying MSO 711. MSO 711 prior to each occasion of use.
Method of Application:
Ensure container is well mixed/ stirred before applying. Do not dilute the product. Apply MSO 711 using a normal brush, synthetic cloth or mould oil sprayer. Apply as thin as possible by spreading evenly. All tools to be well cleaned post application.
Health and safety:
Wear suitable gloves and eye protection. Should accidental skin contact occur, remove with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
